Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 x Rafferty’s Garden Apple, Pear & Cinnamon 4+ month
- 1 tbsp sultanas or currants
- ½ cup full cream cow’s milk
Storage tip: Store cooled porridge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
Variation tip: The addition of whole currants is suitable for babies from 12 months+ and it is recommended they be supervised at all times.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
In a small pan combine the Rafferty’s Garden Apple, Pear & Cinnamon pouches, sultanas and milk, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the chia seeds to the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes until the seeds absorb the liquid.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into 4 little jars or bowls and allow to cool before serving.
