Ingredients
- Rafferty’s Garden Pear & Superberries 4+ month 120g
- ½ cup almond meal
- ½ cup defrosted frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp (10g) melted coconut oil
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
Contains Almonds.
Optional: Replace frozen raspberries with frozen blueberries.
Storage tip: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Put the almond meal, raspberries, coconut oil and the contents of the Rafferty’s Garden Pear & Superberries pouch into a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 2
Once the mix has combined, roll the mixture into balls and cover them with desiccated coconut.
Step 3
Place the balls into the fridge and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with additional blueberries or fresh fruit on the side.
