Ingredients
- 1 cup oat bran
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- Rafferty’s Garden Blueberries, Banana & Apple 4+ month 120g
- 1 egg
- 100g salt reduced butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey, melted
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup finely chopped raisins
Storage tip: Store in an airtight container and consume within 3 days.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.
Step 3
In a medium mixing bowl, add the oat bran, coconut, self-raising flour and cinnamon and mix together.
Step 4
Make a well in the centre and add the Rafferty’s Garden Blueberries, Banana & Apple, egg, butter, raisins and honey, then stir well until all ingredients combine and form a wet dough.
Step 5
Roll teaspoon-sized portions of the biscuit mix into balls and place them onto the baking sheet.
Step 6
Gently flatten each a little with your fingers to form a rounded biscuit shape.
Step 7
Bake for around 15 minutes. The biscuits are ready when they become a light golden colour.
