Baked Banana Custard

Ingredients

  • 2 medium very ripe bananas
  • 2 x Rafferty’s Garden Vanilla Custard
  • 1/3 cup full cream milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Olive oil spray

Tips:

  • Any milk type can be used
  • For older babies, add some sliced fresh banana on top

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 170°C (160°C fan forced).

Step 2

Mash the bananas very well until smooth with minimal lumps. Place all ingredients together into a mixing bowl and mix well using an electric beater until well combined and smooth.

Step 3

Lightly spray four oven-proof ramekins and divide the custard mixture evenly between them.

Step 4

Place onto the middle rack of your oven and cook for 35–40 minutes until the custards are nicely golden.

Step 5

Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
